Delivery Options
- Automatic delivery: Customers with approved credit can be
put on a delivery route. We will top your tank off based on the degree days. Credit approval can take 2-4 weeks. Customers must call or order online for delivery until notified that their credit application has been received and approved.
- Load delivery: Customers with approved credit can call or order online for fuel to be left and paid for within 30 day terms.
- Cash delivery: Customer calls or orders a delivery online and pays for delivery when placing the order.
Payment Options
Prompt Pay Discount: Credit customers get a prompt pay discount on heating fuel & propane if delivery is paid within the 5 working days of the delivery date.
- Budget plan: The cost of your average yearly fuel expense is divided over 11 months. This allows you to pay the same amount each month regardless of the weather. (Available starting in July)
- Pre-Buy: Purchase your fuel in the summer for delivery between Nov 1 and April 1. (Available starting in July)
